| PAYMENT CONFIRMATION |
Once your payment procedure is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation
form from the Credit Cards Services Company to inform you whether the transaction
is approved or rejected.
In rejection cases, our customer service team will get back to you for more help.

As of February 1 2002, all orders will be subject to VAT charges. Please
expect a 10% additional VAT charge on the total amount of your final invoice.

Order procedure |
It only takes you a touch of a button!
You can place your order directly on-line or by telephone.
For telephone orders, your calls are welcomed:
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 am till 6:00 pm (Beirut time) at:

- Saturdays and Sundays at: 00961-1-865542 (for Sunday calls, kindly try to make
them before noon)
To place your order on-line, you can either view all our items displayed online
under the "PRODUCT
SELECTION" icon, or search for your requirement under the "PRODUCT
SEARCH".
Under the product selection, items are displayed according to categories and groups.
You just have to click on the category and group of your choice, and you will
have a display of all the items available on-line. For example, for a Red Roses
bouquet, you will have to click on Flowers then Red Roses bouquet.
Under the product search, you can type in any related keyword or search according
to the occasion and price range of your choice.
We do our best to send you an exact replication of the product you ordered; however,
we might have to make some minor changes due to seasonality and availability of
some items.
If you don't find your preference under our on-line selection, or if you need
a customized order, please click on the "SPECIAL
REQUESTS" icon. Once we receive your inquiry, we will get back to
you with a price quotation, more details and our recommendations

Order & Payment
Confirmation |
1. Automatic Reply
Once your order is in our system, you will receive an automatic reply which means
that your order has been received and is logged in our system.
2. Customer Service Confirmation
Our customer service team will again send you an order processing confirmation
which means that your order has been taken care of.
3. Delivery Confirmation
Another confirmation will also be sent to you by our customer service team after
the delivery is made. If you do not receive any order processing confirmation
from our customer service team, please contact us. System crashes occur, so
it might be we haven't received your order!

* We guarantee fast and prompt delivery to all areas in Lebanon.
Every-Day Deliveries
Deliveries are normally possible between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm (Beirut time). Allow
only 4 hours for delivery of all orders received by Exotica between 8:00 am and
4:00 pm (Beirut time) Monday through Saturday.
* Peak Periods Deliveries
During week-ends, public holidays or special occasions like Valentine and
Mothers' Day, please order at least two days in advance. Delivery time
cannot be specified for any order placed less than two days in advance of a special
occasion.
* Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary according to the location and time of delivery.

Free Delivery:
No delivery is charged if the delivery area is within the Free Delivery
Zone (Greater Beirut up to Jbeil city) and if Flexible Delivery Time is allowed
(delivery time is set within a four-hour time range). |

Charged Delivery:
A delivery charge applies to all areas outside the Free Delivery Zone and is set
according to the distance of that area from the nearest Exotica location.
A $5 extra delivery charge is applied to all areas and all orders if Specific
Delivery Time is requested i.e. delivery time is set within a one-hour time range.
